Before I revert into law student mode I am going to have a movie marathon to wash down the MMFF gunk with films I missed in 2003. Some of the titles:
1. Down with Love
2. Out of Time
3. Mystic River
4. 2Fast 2Furious
5. Tomb Raider 2
6. SWAT
7. The Italian Job
8. League of Extraordinary Gentlemen
9. 25th Hour
I’d also like to watch Spirited Away again. I wasn’t able to take it all in the last time I watched it. Too busy with law school admission at that time. I found Princess Mononoke, Hayao Miyazaki’s earlier work better. Perhaps I just failed to be more sensitive to nuances. Or maybe it really is more visually appealing yet more juvenile story-wise relative to Princess. I need to find out.
After that, it’s back to Treitel and Tolentino’s seminal works on Contracts, and Hall’s compendium of United States Supreme Court Decisions.
