Back in School

My subjects for this semester:

Property
Sales
Insurance
Torts and Damages
Labor Law I
Criminal Procedure

No more Constitutional Law, and no more Legal Theory. No more Labitag as well. It’s all “real” law subjects from now on. I’m trying hard to be Real Serious(TM) about Property, not only because it accounts for 4 units (more than any subject this semester), but also because (outdated) notions of ownership can provide a starting point to analyzing/criticizing Intellectual Property (and you know how disturbingly obsessed I can be about that ;))
