These are my links for February 22nd through February 26th:
- Legal Theory Blog: Website Announcement: Constitutionmaking.org – The U.S. Institute of Peace and the Comparative Constitutions Project (CCP) are pleased to announce the launch of constitutionmaking.org, a site intended to provide people engaged in constitutional drafting access to essential materials, insights, and expertise.
- The Angry Economist – The Housing Crisis in a nutshell – What will the stimulus do to change this? Nothing. In fact, it will make the problem worse because if the feds are borrowing that much money, nobody has any incentive to loan to more risky folks (which would be … everyone)
- Shindig Blog – Health Tips for Programmers – "Programming isn't all that good for your health. Part of the problem is that you spend a lot of time sitting in one place – often hunched and tense."
guess the same applies to legal work
- The Technium: So Amazing, But Nobody is Happy – "Everything is so amazing and nobody is happy."
It is true. We take for granted the miracles we get from technology, and complain when the miracles aren't perfect. This comedian's routine on the Conan O'Brien show is funny, mocking our ingratitude. I post it here because the rant is a cartoon version of a more serious argument that we become blind to progress.
- neil gaiman tweets about SEO – 'nuff said
- Heroku – web-based rails platform. does this mean i can dabble from the office. maybe
