Just thinking aloud about the future of this blog. This pulpit has been in limbo for the past couple of years. But since I’m having a milestone moment, I might as well try to plan ahead. I’m starting to cook up  new posts, or at least ideas for new posts. What to expect:

* I (probably) can’t, so I definitely won’t, talk about work.  You guys are smart and can put two and two together very quickly, so even hinting about what I’m working on, or the clients I’m working for, may compromise the confidentiality that comes with the territory.   A lot of interesting stories from this cabinet, but nope,  I’m bound by an oath and everything.

* I’ve always been reluctant to talk about the law and legal concepts. Because I Am Not A Lawyer and I can’t make any binding legal opinions, and blah blah blah. That is no longer the case. I’m not going to talk about pending cases, but I hope to talk about relevant legal concepts (like what is this Obstruction of Justice thing, or  Can I Really Get Sued for Calling My Boss a Douchebag). I also promised to conduct my own BarOps, so I’ll probably be posting stuff on the most “popular” bar exam concepts.

* I’d still like to talk about technology, or about that space where law and technology converge. Because that is what brought me here in the first place.

* My personal life is great, thank you very much. Hopefully all will go well and I wouldn’t have to write about heartwrenching stuff for a very very long time. It probably means that my life is all linear and uniteresting now. I don’t care. I’m going to run with this.
