“Ano kaya ginamit dyan? 3650 o 7650?”
* While watching the Senate hearing with the mutineers at Oakwood:
“Captain Gambala? So in English, Captain Disruptive?”
Why not? We already have a Cardinal Sin.
* Some smart aleck behind me in the theater while watching League of Extraordinary Gentlemen:
“Panay bumbay pala kasama ni Captain Nemo ‘no?”
(Captain Nemo sure has a lot of Indian companions.)

“Yan ba yung Nemo na hinahanap nila sa Finding Nemo?”
(Is that the same guy they’re trying to find in Finding Nemo?)

tried watching the hearing. didn’t catch anything as entertaining as the “captain gambala” line though.

Ms. Mona, that was just the noise in my head. The most entertaining incident in the ‘episode’ I watched was when Sen. Magandang Gabi Bayan implied that Trillanes’ *mother* was involved in some wrongdoing. Of course the LtSg. took offense and blew his top. Otherwise, just me thinking out loud.
Emer, for the 2003 Oakwood G.I. Jologs line, how about a Gringo non-poseable action figure? It has no points of articulation which makes it easy for posing for any clandestine meetings of your choice. Comes in blue polo only and a copy of the NRP pamphlet. Available only to media personnel and during privilege speeches. Otherwise it is rare and hard to find. An instant collectible.
