Di Ako Susuko!
Any of you remember that old Tito, Vic and Joey routine where they were spoofing radio drama plays complete with faux echoes? It went something like this:
Joey: Diego! Go! Go! Go! Sumuko ka na! Na! Na! Na!
Vic: Di ako susuko! Ko! Ko! Ko!
Joey: Bakit di ka susuko Diego? Go! Go! Go!
Vic: Di ako susuko! Ko! Ko! Ko! Di ako si Diego! Go! Go! Go!

When I was a kid it was the funniest thing I’ve seen on TV (hey this was in BC: Before Cable, okay?).
Somehow, that’s not how I felt when it happened in real life. For 20 hours, the police were trying to make a bunch of shabu addicts give up their hostage which turned out to be…no one. The cops only found out when they heard “boisterous shouting” from the house. Not haha funny but funny nonetheless.
