Grey Area
I am in pain. I do hope I’m not coming down with something. It’s been a hassle going through the stuff I had to do today while feeling less that 100%.
Body aches notwithstanding, I was listening to DJ Danger Mouse’s the Grey Album throughout the day. It’s a mash-up which features the Beatles’ White Album with the vocal track from Jay-Z’s Black Album (hence, the Grey Album). It’s pretty good which says so much about the Beatles timelessness as musicians as well as the ‘mad skillz’ of DJ Danger Mouse and Jay-Z. John would’ve gotten a kick out of this album.
Of course the labels are up in arms about it, saying the work is infringing on copyright laws. Check out Grey Tuesday for more information about this issue.

dude! where did you get your copy of the gray album? okay ba? wala pa sa pinas yata yan eh. the only hope i have is through kazaa. or if my friends manage to get me a copy sa states.
