Banzai, I know! I saw this guy at Berkeley reading the book as he was walking.He was somewhere in the first third of the book. Since I was a visitor and probably not see him again, I wanted to walk up to him and say “So, what do you think about ______ dying, eh?” But I decided against it since he was 200 lbs heavier than I am. Although I could’ve probably outran him.

Lynn, Petite and checked it out (because there was NOTHING ELSE TO DO HERE). There was a nice crowd mostly of young people. There were a couple of people dressed like Hogwarts students though. I like seeing people being happy getting a *book*.

Hey Laura! You’re right! I think that should’ve been ‘fog’. Unless of course it’s a Brit thing but I doubt it. Good catch!

Have you checked out the typo on page 38. First paragraph. “The misty fug his breath left…” Should this be fog?? Or is fug a new noun?

Nope, but my sister and I went to Walmart the afternoon of July 16th and snagged the book for $15.78! YEAH!

Jio, iniisip ko baka na excite din mga proofreaders. :) Ibalik, iniisip ko din yun. Kaso lang kung Brit spelling nga, hindi rin sila consistent. Americanized spelling nila for other things. Banzai not sure if they had errors in the early work. I didn't read it too closely but you know how it goes when the deadline's looming. How about that character's death enh? Jobert just for that, ten points to the house of Jedi Jobert. Bee thanks, ten points to the house of Sunshine Girl! :) Actually she's a better copy/proofreader than I am. And yeah spotting errors on such prestigious pubs is a good exercise sometimes. Specially when you're stuck in an airport. Oh and thanks for the layout comment. I'm still having problems with that third column on IE though. Hi Mik! Have you finished it? Rowling is such a brave woman for taking that risk with that character. Lynn, I take it you also went to a midnight release at the bookstore like we did? heh. Max, sorry but Rowling hasn't released the title of book 7 yet.

My friend indicated in her copy that, yes, “site” should have indeed been “sight”.

I guess, your copy has one of those errors – well it can be a novelty, one of a kind, in the future will be a sought after collectible.
