Founders at Work
I had a hankering for a non-fiction book when we went to the bookstore. I was looking out for that book by the ex-CIA guy or the one about Blackwater when I saw this on the shelf: Founders at Work: Stories of Startups’ Early Days. I just had to pick it up. It’s not just a few “Web 2.0″ companies but also companies that has become recognizable brands. The book gives some insight to startups — from Apple to Flickr, TiVo to Adobe. I’m just a few pages in but it’s definitely exciting, especially that I’m living right in the middle of most of these companies’ HQs. It’s a good book for any aspiring entrepreneur.
