My passion

By the time I get home there’s only one thing in my mind. I always think about food. But not to eat, food that I can cook.

Last night before going to bed, I thought about the many ways I can cook chicken. Then I browsed through my newly acquired recipe book. Daming pwedeng gawin! To manage the urge to cook, I volunteered to cook something for the Coaching session with Paolo.

If only I had so much money I would be cooking for all my friends everyday. By April, I need to do something about this passion already. Maybe the answer lies in Australia…

One of my favorite quiet restos. I used to go to this place with Clorets for some quiet time. I had lunch last week since I wanted something a little tasty after being in the hospital. I originally wanted to just order pumpkin soup but since Jessie insisted that we have pizza, I finally gave in.

We had Hot! Hot! Hot! It’s an all meat pizza on a super thin crust. Then Jessie added Just Cheese with extra pepperoni also on super thin crust. Happy :)

You should also try the appetizers like shrimp, also the oriental salad. Dessert is also super heavenly :) Ask the waiter what’s available for the day.

You might have heard horror stories about hospital food. Well I think this time, I would redeem those people who tirelessly prepare hospital food everyday.

Patient: Maria Elmira D Angeles
Diet: Soft; low sodium

That was printed on a small sheet of paper on my tray. I was admitted at around 5:40pm but since there were several procedures lined up for me the next day, my first meal was at 6pm the next day.

Here’s what I had for dinner, breakfast and lunch since I went home the next day.
