We got Sweet Inspi to cater food for the September birthday celebrants at home – My dad, Me and Zoei. The setting was a little “baduy” but the Mongolian theme was great.

Of course I invited Moby and Jessie, fans of Mongolian. We were so full, Moby and I vowed not to eat Mongolian until December…

I had dinner with Micky and Elaine, this is the nth celebration of my birthday. Yes, the birthday celebrations haven’t stopped. I still have 2 dinners scheduled with friends.

This is the first time that we will be having dinner without our honorary, Mark. But we did save a seat for him and ate all his share. We had dinner at my favorite resto, Taste of LA. Last Thursday we had Duck Pizza, Asian Salad, Lamb Chops with Garlic and of course red wine. That night the desserts were not available so we headed to Fleur De Lys. Ah heavenly desserts- Almond Loca, The Next Best Thing and Baked Cheesecake!

I was so happy to see the girls but definitely it would be more fun if Mark was there. We ended the night with Elaine asking when the next dinner would be. If only we can do it weekly.

Here are some birthday cakes given to me by Resto 9501 and my sister’s friend Glody. I wasn’t able to take a picture of the cake from Pebbles and Jaja, but it was a mango cake from Icings. I also shared a cake with my nephew Zoei, we had the whole Justice League super heroes printed on the cake. We had a blast taking turns in blowing out the candles :)

Since July, I’ve been planning for my birthday celebration. This time I planned two celebrations for the office. The first one was really for the whole office then the second one was for my closest friends in interactive and other DTI’s ( Dating taga Interactive)

For the merienda at the office we had chicken sandwich spread and cheese pimiento with 100 pcs of pandesal :) I was able to feed the whole office :) grabe, would be happy to share the recipe of the chicken sandwhich spread but not the cheese pimiento. Moby and I will probably sell it someday plus the brownies.

Chicken Sandwhich spread

1/2 Kilo Chicken Breast
2 cups mayonnaise
half a bottle of pickles
salt and pepper to taste

Boil the chicken breast, then shred. Add the two cups of mayo, pickles then mix. Then season with salt and pepper, plus add a tablespoon of sugar if you want it a little sweet. Then make sure you refrigerate. Serve a dallop on top of any bread and add lettuce.
