I’ve been tinkering with our digital camera (a gift from my sister-in-law Phonam) this afternoon, trying to remember lessons from a long-ago elective class in Photojournalism. Of course, I didn’t have to remember shutter speeds and apertures, but the basics of composition (or whatever I remembered of it) came in handy.
