Markie and I just got back to the Bay Area from a much-needed vacation in the Philippines. The trip gave us a chance to reconnect with family and friends, as well as enjoy the tastes of home that we missed so much.

The 3-week, 3-island whirlwind adventure left us a bit exhausted though, so this blog will continue to take a break while I put in some essential hours of sleep before going back to work.

We will return to our normal programming in about a week. Till then, stay tuned to my Flickr account as well as Markie’s for more pics of the trip.
